Despite neglect due to foot surgery and lack of rain, I do have a few things looking good in the garden.  We finally got some rain and everything is enjoying it.  Not quite over the surgery yet and I have to have the same on my other foot.  Can't wait until next spring so I can get back into the dirt again.

Because of some health issues, working out in the yard and my plans for new flower beds have been put on hold for the past two summers. However I have been able to plant a few things. Here are a few things that are blooming.

New Blog

I have started a new blog Carol's World of Quilts and other Crafts.  Going to use this blog just for outdoor stuff mostly gardening of course.  I have been spending much of my time on my quilts for quite awhile as I had a project-to make all my grands and kids a throw size quilt.  I have that completed and now just making quilts for a few friends and maybe to sell.  Click over and see what all I have been doing!
