Butterflies and Azeleas

There are 2 large Azaleas in front of our house. They are in a large flower bed that I have other plans for (one day) and are kind of scraggly looking. I had decided to dig them out. Well they are covered with blooms. We noticed the other day that these two bushes had attracted bunches of bees and butterflies. I took my camera out to try to get some pictures. I haven't had a lot of luck with getting good butterfly pictures in the past. These guys were so interested in feeding that I was able to get a couple.

 

This is the first video I ever put up on blogger.  Sorry it's not in the right place.  This is 2 butterflies fighting over the blooms.  They fought all over our front yard for the longest time!

Maas Nursery

We went on a road trip today to Maas Nursery. It's a beautiful place-huge-8 acres of any and everything you would need for gardening or landscaping. We really enjoyed it.
